Commission

If it can be crafted in glass, we can bring it to life.

From a grand window transom to a dainty suncatcher, a memorial pet portrait, or a pair of heavy-duty stained glass bookends—we welcome custom commissions across all types of stained glass objects.

Because custom glasswork is a slow, collaborative craft, here is our simple 3-step workflow:

HOW IT WORKS

  1. The Concept & Quote

Email me your idea, reference photos, approximate size, and budget. I will sketch a digital blueprint for your review (includes 2 rounds of structural revisions) and issue a fixed-price quote.

  2. The Deposit & Craft

Once you approve the design, a 50% non-refundable deposit locks your spot in my studio queue and covers your raw glass sheets. As I hand-cut, foil, and solder, I will send you "workbench sneak peeks" so you can watch your piece come together.

  3. Approval & DDP Delivery

When finished, I will send you daylight photos of the artwork. Upon your final blessing, the remaining 50% is invoiced. Your piece is then packed in our “Tank Armor” box and shipped straight to your doorstep under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms (Guaranteed zero surprise customs fees).

STUDIO BOUNDARIES

YES, absolutely:

  • Any Product Type: Window panels, suncatchers, heavy-duty bookends, corner spandrels, plant stakes, wall hangings, or light catchers.

  • Any Subject: Botanicals, insects, pet portraits, geometric patterns, or resizing any of our existing shop designs to fit your exact window dimensions.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Minimum Value: Due to the time required for structural drafting and glass testing, custom orders begin at $150 USD.

  • The Deposit is Final: Because specific glass is ordered and cut for your design, deposits cannot be refunded once crafting begins.
